Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS)
Waterview CAS's work with owners and CEO's of small to mid-size businesses using proven methodology to identify a business’s strengths, weaknesses and problems and begin outlining a blueprint for overall improved of this issues with improved profitability as the outcome. This blueprint will become the client Engagement Agreement and will be turned over by the CSA to the Engagement Manger for implementation once executed with the client.

Lead Advisor/Senior Consultant
Waterview Group Lead Advisors are in charge of the client on-site actions and initiatives that will have a impact on key areas of the business including strategy, process, systems and organizational issues. The LA must be capable of working with the client to outline and implement, using client staff andSpecialist Advisors as needed, strategies and operational capabilities that will produce improved operations and profitability.

LA’s may will be responsible for multiple projects or client engagements at one time.

Specialists and On-Site Consultants
Waterview Group's respective Specialist and Site Consultants are responsible for the day to day work done within and for each respective firm's sector clients. Responsibilities and work areas may be, but are not limited to:
